Lo mejor fue el trato, totalmente amable, sonrisas incluidas, y una completa eficacia y capacidad por todo el personal laboral que me trató. La visita transcurrió en un ambiente de total cordialidad y colaboración.Quizás encontré el tiempo transcurrido un poco largo desde que entrego la hoja de la medicación hasta que me la entregan, pero encuentro que éste es un tema de menor importancia.

i regularly attend St Thomas every 6 months and i find all staff - nurses, doctors and all other staff very kind and the atmosphere is normally good.

This was a routine visit; the facilities were clean and well organised. The staff (admin and nursing) were as always helpful and caring.
